Start the New Year Off Right!
The first NFFC All Disneyana Show and Sale of 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Resort Anaheim- Garden Grove, just short of a mile down the road from the Disneyland Resort, is an absolute must for Disney fans and Disneyana collectors everywhere.
Who:
Disney Celebrities: Margaret Kerry, dancer, actress, and the original reference model for Tinker Bell; Eddie Carroll, master impressionist (Jack Benny), actor, comic, and the voice of Jiminy Cricket.
Disney Vendors: From Hollywood—the Disney Soda Fountain Studio Store. From the lot in Burbank—the Walt Disney Company Employee Center. From Walt Disney Imagineering—Mickey's of Glendale.
And, of course, there will be dozens of specialty Disneyana vendors from around the country, featuring hard-to-find, one-of-a-kind merchandise.
What:
The first NFFC All Disneyana Show and Sale of 2009—this semiannual event is a must for Disneyana fans everywhere. Participants often make it part of a week or weekend visit to Anaheim and the Disneyland Resort. The Show and Sale also attracts more than its fair share of Disney celebrities. Well known Imagineers, past and present, as well as artists, actors, and animators are regularly seen prowling the aisles looking for that one Disney collectable that will make their personal collections complete.
The NFFC All Disneyana Show and Sale is also a Disney pin trader's dream come true, featuring several Show and Sale-only pin releases.
The Disney Soda Fountain Studio Store will release two new pins at the Show and Sale.
The Walt Disney Company Employee Center will be offering the first four pins from their Spotlight series of pins:
1. Dumbo 2. Cheshire Cat 3. Chip and Dale 4. Clarice
Additionally, Mickeyís of Glendale will debut, in a limited edition of 300, a new WDI Madame Leota pin packaged on a custom ìWDI Haunted Mansion 40th Anniversaryî backing card (limit one per person).
When:
Sunday, January 18
From 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. the Show and Sale will be open exclusively to NFFC members.
From 10:30 to 5:00 p.m., the Show and Sale is open to the public
And there's a special pin and button-trading event—also open to the public—from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. the night before—Saturday January 17—the Show and Sale begins (does NOT include Show and Sale-only pins).

Admission to the Show and Sale is $6.00. Non-members are welcome to join the NFFC to gain early admission to the Show and Sale. Annual membership is $29.00; membership forms are available on the NFFC website and will be available at the Show and Sale registration desk.
